On Ramp Program

Our world world class On Ramp program will get you feeling strong, confident and ready for CrossFit. A Five-session private foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches.

CrossFit Group Class

Our staple 60 minute fitness class consisting of high inntensity functional movement tailored to your level.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

Nutrition

The most important factor in health and a core ingredient at CrossFit Grovedale. Speak with one of our awesome nutrition coaches and maximise your training and wellness.
